Because there’s no such thing as too much to do.

The perfect blend of history, art and charm.

Every Hollander knows and loves Washington Square. Built in the early twentieth century, the neighborhood is home to restaurants, retail stores, hair care and art centers. It’s also home to the Holland Aquatic Center and just next door to Holland Hospital, so you can stay healthy and stay safe.

The perfect placement.

For many, its location is reason enough to move to Washington Square. But let us be more specific: If you walk from Washington Square, you’re only fifteen minutes from Downtown Holland, Centennial Park, Kollen Park, Boys & Girls Club and our state-of-the-art senior center, Evergreen Commons.
